The Crystal House clubhouse is a community dedicated to the rehabilitation of adults recovering from mental illness. Through various meaningful and engaging tasks within the clubhouse, members get the opportunity to re-develop their vocational skills. Outside the work order day of the clubhouse there are opportunities for social events and employment
The Crystal House clubhouse is composed of various units in which members participate throughout the work order day. All units offer a meaningful and engaging work atmosphere in which every member is encouraged and assisted by the staff. The clubhouse has more than 200 members with an average daily attendance of 60 members, making us the largest clubhouse in the greater Gardner Area. We also cover Templeton, Ashburnham, Winchendon, Westminster, Hubbardston, Princeton, Barre, Rutland, Oakham, New Braintree, and Hardwick. The Crystal House Clubhouse is part of and recognized by the Massachusetts Clubhouse Coalition, an organization composed of 33 clubhouses throughout Massachusetts. We are also a part of and certified by the International Center for Clubhouse Development, an organization devoted to overseeing clubhouse development all over the world. Thus, we are involved in our local state of Massachusetts and recognized all over the world.
